Abstract: An automated warehouse has a plurality of loading units designed to carry respective articles accommodated in respective storage stations and transferred by a movement device to at least one picking/depositing station, which can be accessed, at least under given operating conditions, in order to retrieve/deposit the articles. At least two loading units are provided with respective refrigerators which communicate with a remote control device to send operating data and/or receive command signals. The loading units transporting the refrigerators are distinct from the latter, are powered to be supplied by an electrical network of the warehouse when they are arranged in corresponding storage stations, and are electrically connected to the respective refrigerators.

Abstract: A selective access device for a picking/depositing station in warehouse defines an access area engaged by a first cover that is defined by a pair of movable plane surfaces parallel or coplanar to one another; these plane surfaces are slidable along a first rectilinear axis under the action of a movement system so as to open/close a first opening; in the access area, there is provided a second cover above the first cover, to define a second opening aligned with the first opening; the second cover consists of a plurality of doors, each rotating about a relative rotation axis in respect to the first cover; the doors are arranged side-by-side along a second rectilinear axis, orthogonal to the first axis and are closed by respective locks, while the rotation axes are parallel to this second axis.

Abstract: A selective access device for a picking/deposit station in an automated warehouse defines an area which is accessible after having formed a passage having a front edge, a rear edge and two side edges opposite one another; the device is provided with a first cover engaging the area and includes a roller shutter, which is operated to open, so as to define the front edge of the passage, and with a second cover, which engages the area above the first cover, is defined by a plurality of doors beside one other along a first straight axis and is operated to open so as to define the side edges of the passage; the doors can slide to open and close along respective second axes orthogonal to the first axis, so as to also define the rear edge of the passage when the second cover is open.

Abstract: An automated warehouse shuttle has a frame and an upper surface, which is adapted to support a loading unit, and is actuated by an actuating device to be lifted/lowered with respect to the frame; the frame supports a first set of wheels consisting of wheels defining resting points at a first level and are configured so as to roll along a first and a second directions, which are horizontal and orthogonal to each other; furthermore, the frame supports a second set of wheels constituted by wheels which define resting points at a second level, higher than the first, and are configured so as to roll along the first direction.
