Abstract: An illuminating device including a housing, at least one LED located within said housing, a grip handle, wherein the grip handle comprises a first shell and a second shell, wherein the first shell and the second shell join together, a rotatable shaft, coupled to the grip handle and to the housing, wherein the rotatable shaft comprises a spindle and a belt that rotates along the spindle to rotate the grip handle and the housing in a twisting motion against one another, an electric generating device received in a cavity of the grip handle, and an actuating device including a follower rotatably attached to the grip handle, including a handle pivotally attached to the follower for rotating the follower relative to the grip handle, and including a knob rotatably attached to the handle, to allow the handle to be rotated relative to the grip handle, wherein the actuating device and the electric generating device generate electric energy to energize the illuminating device.

The light source is positioned to output light from the light housing member. A generator is mechanically associated with the generator housing member. A crank is mechanically coupled to the generator. A generator housing member electrical connector is electrically coupled to the generator. A light housing member electrical connector is electrically coupled to the electrically driven light source.

The inner pipe is inserted in the interior of the outer sleeve via the front opening of the outer sleeve. A magnetic chuck is disposed at the front end of the inner pipe. The magnetic chuck is inserted in the rear portion of the bit.

Abstract: A multi-purpose utility tool, having a handle, a shaft and a locking and release mechanism. The handle defines a centrally located opening. The shaft has a first end and a second end and is to be slidably positioned within said centrally located opening. The locking and release mechanism locks the handle upon the shaft in first position and a second position. The first position allows the first end to be exposed for use while the second end is secured within the handle. The second position allows the second end to be exposed for use while the first end is secured within the handle. A handle stop portion extends from the handle towards the shaft. A shaft stop member extends outwardly from the shaft. The handle stop portion allows the shaft stop member and the shaft to be slidably positioned between a pair of limits of movement. The limits of movement include the first and second locking positions.
