    Abstract: A tilt, swivel and vertical control mechanism is provided between a display device such as a CRT and a stable base. The control mechanism provides freedom of motion for the display device such that the device may be tilted, rotated and vertically displaced in order to accommodate user preferences. The control mechanism is further provided with a conduit having a display device cable running therethrough.
