Abstract: A grip with two tines is constructed by making one or more through holes at the end of each tine. A single mold is constructed that reproduces both shaped tips of the tines. At least the ends of the two tines are introduced into the mold and locked in position in which the shaped tips are to be attached to the tines. A synthetic resin is injected into the mold and forms the two shaped tips surrounding the ends of the two tines and encompassing them, and filling the holes.
Abstract: A process is described for making a set of precision tweezers (1) which includes a grip (2) with two tines (2′, 2″), to each of which is attached a shaped tip (3′, 3″), characterized by the fact that it includes the following phases:
Abstract: The invention relates to a pair of precision tweezers (1) with two tines (2, 3), each of which has a terminal (10, 11), each terminal (10, 11) having a pair of calibrated cylindrical projections (10i, 11i) capable of entering a pair of holes (4, 5 and 6, 7) in the respective tine (2, 3), wherein the pair of holes (6, 7) in one (3) of tines (2, 3) is comprised of a hole which is cylindrical (6) and a hole which is oblong (7) in the transverse direction with respect to the longitudinal axis of said tine (3), and the pair of holes (4, 5) in other tine (2) is comprised of two holes which are oblong in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the tine.
