    Abstract: A photoelectric conversion device includes a first substrate, a first electrode, an organic layer, a second electrode and a second substrate that are provided in this order. An auxiliary electrode is interposed between the first electrode and the organic layer. When the photoelectric conversion device is seen in a cross section taken in a thickness direction of the first substrate, a thickness of the auxiliary electrode is greater than a thickness of the organic layer.
