Abstract: An infusion group for machines for the dispensing of beverages in the form of infusion is disclosed. The infusion group has a capsule-holder configured to receive a capsule for the preparation of an infusion beverage, a dispensing head adapted to cooperate with the capsule-holder to form a chamber for the infusion of the capsule. The dispensing head has a dispensing channel, a perforation disc and an associated supporting member mounted on the dispensing head. The dispensing head also has a discharge channel upstream of the dispensing channel. The configuration of the dispensing head is such that the discharge channel is closed when the perforation disc and the supporting member are in the dispensing position and open when they are in the rest position.

Abstract: An infusion group to be used in a machine for dispensing beverages extracted from capsules, which group has: a capsule-holder with an infusion chamber; an infusion head, cooperating with the capsule-holder; a system for the relative movement of a capsule (C) with respect to the capsule-holder; a capsule retaining device of the capsule during the relative motion between capsule and capsule-holder, having a first and a second vertical oblong element for retaining a capsule projecting upper edge, wherein the first retaining element retains the capsule while it enters the infusion chamber and the second retaining element retains the used capsule while it is extracted from the infusion chamber two control arms, determining that the relative motion between capsule and capsule-holder is carried out in a coordinated manner with the relative position between capsule-holder and infusion head.

Abstract: A milk-whipping device is disclosed. The device includes a heating base, a cylindrical container for the milk which rests on the base and which has a thermal exchange, a sealing closing flange, an impeller inserted in the container to produce an emulsifying effect on the milk; and a pair of connecting arms which can be snap-actuated. The connecting arms are revolvingly constrained to the base and extend along the lateral skirt of the container until hooking onto the closing flange.

Abstract: A machine for supplying beverages such as coffee and the like starting from a substantially granular preparation contained in single-dose capsules (C), which machine comprises an infusion group (100) which in turn has: an infusion seat (102), which is apt to receive the capsule during the beverage extraction performed by means for feeding hot water through the capsule itself; a lever for moving the capsule (2), apt to move the latter from an inlet position in the infusion group to an infusion position wherein the capsule is received in the infusion seat (102); and a perforating lever (1) of the capsule, distinct from the means for feeding an infusion liquid, wherein the whole configuration is so that the perforating means (1) perforates the capsule in a position of the latter previous to the infusion position (102), in particular in an inlet position in the machine (FIG. 3A).
