Patents Assigned to IFE Aufbereitungstechnik GmbH
  • Patent number: 11919041
Abstract: A device for classifying a material mixture of multiple materials has a first transport unit into which the material mixture to be classified is deposited by a supply device. A second transport unit is arranged downstream. A first chute is provided between the first and second transport, via which a first material with a first fluid resistance can be separated from the material mixture. At least one third transport unit is arranged downstream of the second transport unit, such that a transit route for the materials is formed between the second and third transport units. A second chute is provided between the second and third transport units, via which at least the second material with a second fluid resistance can be separated from the material mixture. The third transport unit is designed so that material can pass through and/or a fluid flow can pass through.

  • Patent number: 10814334
Abstract: A device for separating a metalliferous, lumpy mixture, with a conveyor belt and with a rotating drum in which a fixed magnet system with at least one magnet line is arranged. The separating effect of the device is improved and its complexity is reduced where it is provided that the magnets of the at least one magnet line are arranged such that their poles have the sequence NS SN or SN NS in the circumferential direction, as a result of which the ratio of the maximum radial magnetic flux density to the maximum tangential magnetic flux density on the belt surface, facing the material, in the region of the magnet system is greater than one and, owing to this, the electrically conductive particles are separated out into the first partial stream by radial force action (repulsion).

  • Patent number: 9375755
Abstract: Flip-flow screens having crossbars which extend transversely to the screening direction, carry a screen liner and are mounted alternately fixedly and movably with respect to a screen frame, where the screen liner is mounted on liner carriers which are curved upward in their lateral edge regions. In order to improve lateral sealing, provision is made for all the liner carriers to be fastened, preferably screwed, by their end regions to the screen frame. The lateral edge regions are preferably curved by 80-90°, and the liner carriers of the movable crossmembers may have in their curved portion a cross section which is tapered in relation to the rectilinear portion and/or which may consist of a softer material.
