Abstract: Compositions and products (e.g., kits, medical devices, medicaments), which incorporate the compositions, comprising a tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) compound and melatonin compound are provided, Methods for treatment using the compositions and products, methods for diagnosis before or after treatment, and processes for formulating the compositions or manufacturing the products are also provided.
