    Abstract: A device for detecting and catching a leak from a fire sprinkler includes a leak sensor configured to detect the leak, and a leak catcher configured to catch the leak before the leak makes contact with surrounding areas. The device also includes an alarm module configured to issue a notification upon detection of the leak, and a mounting mechanism configured to removably mount the leak sensor, the leak catcher, and the alarm module to the fire sprinkler in a manner that does not obstruct operation of the fire sprinkler.
