Abstract: A method for producing a three-dimensional multilayer object produces a three-dimensional multilayer object by partially applying energy to a conductive powder and thereby melting or sintering and curing the conductive powder. The method for producing a three-dimensional multilayer object includes: applying energy to the conductive powder to melt or sinter the conductive powder, and detecting a flaw in a surface layer portion of the cured three-dimensional multilayer object by relatively moving a probe, which is disposed spaced apart from the surface layer portion, with respect to the surface layer portion. The method contains an excitation step of generating an eddy current in the surface layer portion and detecting a change in a magnetic field of the surface layer portion.
Abstract: An EMS includes a control unit that controls a power generation facility and a power adjustment unit that adjusts an amount of supply of supply power. The control unit includes: a reverse power flow suppression process determination unit; a priority decision unit that decides a priority for adjusting an amount of power generated for the two power generation devices of the power generation facility on the basis of a predicted degree of fluctuation in load power; and a device control unit that controls the power generation facility such that the amount of power generated is adjusted in descending order of the priority decided by the priority decision unit when the reverse power flow suppression process determination unit determines to reduce the amount of power generated by the power generation facility.

A power control device controls an operation of a power adjustment device in a microgrid that is capable of exchanging energy with an outside and includes the power adjustment device adjusting an internal power usage. The power control device includes a control unit that controls the power adjustment device such that an actual value of the energy exchange with the outside is close to a target value and, in a case in which a state of the energy exchange changes such that a deviation between the target value and the actual value becomes larger, performs change control to change a content of control such that an amount of change in the deviation increases.

Abstract: Provided is a jig for a vibration test of a rotor blade, for use in the vibration test for evaluating high cycle fatigue characteristics of the rotor blade for an aircraft engine, and the jig is provided with a jig body holding a dovetail portion of a fan blade and fixed onto an excitation table of a shaker, and a hydraulic jack that applies a load in a blade span direction to the fan blade to fix the fan blade to the jig body. Consequently, in the vibration test for evaluating the high cycle fatigue characteristics of the rotor blade, a test simulating an actual operation state can be carried out, the rotor blade can be efficiently excited to reach a large deformation region, and high cycle fatigue failure can occur without any increase in test cost.
