  • Patent number: 9699950
Abstract: A lawn-mowing vehicle is provided in which a facing-the-ground surface of a lawn-mowing unit can manually be shifted. The lawn-mowing units of the lawn-mowing vehicle can be rotated. There is provided a first connection mechanism that connects each of the lawn-mowing units to the arm, in such a way that the lawn-mowing units can be shifted by rotation between their work positions and the biased side positions that are biased toward the sides of the carriage. There is provided a second connection mechanism that connects each of the lawn-mowing units to the first connection mechanism so as to be rotatable, in such a way that the lawn-mowing units placed at the biased side positions can be shifted from a facing-the-ground posture to an outward posture.

  • Patent number: 9593649
Abstract: An air intake route leads air drawn in from outside into a diesel engine. The air intake route is provided with an air intake manifold and an EGR device is provided which supplies some of the exhaust to the air intake route. An introduction path for introducing exhaust supplied from the EGR device is provided inside of the air intake manifold, and an exhaust port of the introduction path is arranged downstream from and near the intake entrance in the air intake manifold. By this means, exhaust gas performance can be improved without increasing the engine size.

  • Publication number: 20150211463
Abstract: This diesel engine is provided with pistons which slide, moving to and from the cylinder head, and which converts the sliding motion of the pistons into rotational motion of a crankshaft. This diesel engine is further provided with a supply pump which is driven by rotation of the crankshaft, a rail which stores fuel pumped from the supply pump, and injectors which inject the fuel supplied from the rail into the combustion chambers formed in the pistons, wherein the rail and the injectors are fixed to the cylinder head.

  • Publication number: 20150208576
Abstract: A reel lawn mower which has a connection structure for connecting a reel cutting unit to a main body. The reel cutting unit has a spiral cutting reel which is rotated by a prime mover to cut grass together with a bedknife. In the connection structure, in order to connect the reel cutting unit to the main body so that the reel cutting unit rolls around a virtual horizontal line perpendicular to the shaft center of the cutting reel in the center of the axial direction of the cutting reel, the reel cutting unit includes a connecting arm with an arc portion shaped so as to follow a virtual arc centered on the virtual horizontal line. The connecting arm is slidably supported so as to prevent the arc portion from coming off the virtual arc.
