The lamp bulb comprises a lampshade, a lamp core body, and at least one insulation plastic piece. The lampshade is provided with an insertion portion, and the lamp core body is inserted into the insertion portion and protruded into the lampshade. The lamp core body is provided with at least one LED lamp filament, and both ends of the LED lamp filament are connected with a positive pole conductive wire and a negative pole conductive wire to form a semi-finished lamp bulb. The semi-finished lamp bulb, the positive pole conductive wire, and the negative pole conductive wire are integrally connected with the power line through injection molding. Patent number: 6661168Abstract: A miniature or subminiature incandescent lamp designed to operate with an energy source of 20 volts or less includes a filament enclosed in a first glass envelope and supported by a pair of metal contact pins. A first glass bead seals the envelope and has a pair of openings through which the metal contact pins penetrate and wherein they are hermetically sealed. A second glass bead of low melting solder glass is larger than the first bead and is sealed below the first bead and extends circumferentially beyond the perimeter of the first bead. A third bead of high melting glass is disposed below the second bead also in sealing relationship with the second bead. The outside perimeter of the third bead is substantially co-extensive with that of the second bead. A second glass envelope is sealed to the outside perimeter of the second bead and is also in abutting relationship with the third bead. Patent number: 5800235Abstract: Filaments having a thin exterior tungsten phosphide layer for use in incandescent lamps are made by exposing tungsten filaments to vapors of elemental phosphorous at approximately 675.degree. to 725.degree. C. in an evacuated vacuum furnace. The tungsten phosphide layer protects the filaments from oxidation while the lamps are manufactured, and decomposes to tungsten and phosphorous when the lamp is first energized by current. Patent number: 5659222Abstract: A subminiature incandescent lamp has a substantially cylindrical base to which a glass envelope enclosing the interior of the lamp is sealed. A pair of contact wires or pins are made of a metal alloy that has substantially the same thermal expansion coefficient as the glass base. The contact pins are embedded and sealed to the glass base in a gas-tight manner, with a glass-to-metal seal. The contact pins extend below the base to provide external connections of the lamp to a power source. The pins also extend into the interior of the lamp, and provide electrical contact to a filament which is mounted between them. Patent number: 5382874Abstract: A surface mountable miniature incandescent lamp assembly has an elongated substantially cylindrical glass envelope wherein a filament is contained in contact with metal members having glass-to-metal seals with the glass envelope. A substantial portion of the outer surface of the glass envelope is coated with a light reflective metal coating, with a non-coated elongated window transparent to light being left on the surface. The metal members extend axially to the outside from the envelope and, when mounted to a circuit board provide electric contact for the lamp. A substantially cylindrical second metal end member seals the second end of the glass envelope with another seal of substantially cylindrical configuration. In this seal also, the glass of the envelope is in glass-to-metal contact with the second metal end member. An incandescent filament is disposed between the first and second metal end members within the interior of the glass envelope in electrical contact with the first and second metal end members.
