Abstract: A rotary tablet press, having a rotor, which is driveable about a vertical axis of rotation and has a die plate with die bores for producing tablets inside the die bores by means of punch pairs, having at least one filling station, having at least one pressing station, and having at least one tablet outlet for removing the produced tablets out of the rotary tablet press, with which is associated a discharging device, by way of which tablets, in dependence on a control signal, can be supplied as single tablets to a first channel or as a tablet stream to a second channel in the tablet outlet. In order to enable increased production output with improved adherence to the demands on the tablets, a weighing device with a weighing cell is incorporated into the tablet outlet, tablets from the first channel being suppliable to the weighing device by means of a supply channel.

Abstract: A filling shoe for rotary tablet presses, comprising a filling shoe housing with at least one discharge opening for a starting product which is to be compressed and with a seal for sealing the gap between the die plate and filling shoe housing, which seal can be fastened exchangeably to a bottom wall of the filling shoe housing. In order to make it possible to achieve shorter downtimes when changing the seals, the seal in the mounted state is fastened to the bottom wall by means of magnetic force. Changing the seal can then take place, if appropriate even without any further aids, by overcoming the magnetic holding force and replacing the seal with a new seal. The invention also relates to the seal for sealing the gap, which seal can be fastened according to the invention by means of magnetic elements.

Abstract: The invention relates to a rotary table press with washing device and to a rotor for it, said rotor being provided at least with a bottom-punch guide ring (11) having guides (12) for bottom punches and with a die plate (17) arranged between the punch guide rings, wherein at least one sealing element (26) interacting with the associated punch is provided for the bottom punches. In order to improve the use of an automatic washing device, a leakage passage (30) for draining off the washing liquid is formed according to the invention in the bottom-punch guide ring for each bottom punch guide. The leakage passages are preferably to perform their draining function only when leakages are occur unnoticed at individual sealing elements of the bottom punch guides.

Abstract: The invention relates to a die table (10), for a rotary tablet press, comprising a rotating rotor (1) formed from the die table (10), a punch guide (5) for the upper punch (7) and a punch guide (3) for the lower punch (4). The die table (10) comprises several exchangeable dies (11) arranged concentrically around the rotational axis of the rotor (1) and aligned with the upper and lower punches (7, 4). According to the invention, the short set-up times for changing the press to other die shapes may be achieved, whereby the die table (10) comprise at least two recesses (12) and an insert piece (20) is exchangeably inserted in each of the recesses (12) which comprises several dies (11).
