Abstract: A case for holding a portable digital device is disclosed. The case includes a body comprising a first panel and a second panel which are fastened together. The first panel comprises a first pocket to hold the portable digital device, wherein the top cover of the first pocket is made using a transparent material, wherein the first panel flips open to enable a user to operate the portable digital device though the transparent or semi-transparent top cover. The second panel includes a flexible elongated segment to secure the case to an object on which the case is mounted.
