Abstract: The present disclosure provides EPO analogs, anti-EPOR antibodies, anti-EPO antibodies, and fragments thereof that specifically bind to the hetero-EPOR or homo-EPOR or EPO with high affinity. Also provided herein are engineered EPOs. The EPO analogs, anti-EPOR antibodies, anti-EPO antibodies, and/or engineered EPOs can be used to treat patients.
