Abstract: A lobby dust pan of the type generally having a receptacle portion pivotally connected to a yoke. The yoke is flexible and is connected to a shaft. The yoke is deformable to enable a latch thereon to be retained with or released from suitably disposed openings in the receptacle. A shaft in turn has a handle connected to the upper end, and the other end connected to the yoke. The yoke is provided with an array of spaced apart outwardly projections or teeth suitable for assisting in the removal of debris from the user's broom, brush, or the like.

Abstract: A urinal screen assembly for disposition adjacent the drain of a urinal is disclosed. The screen assembly includes feet or risers depending from the lower surface to maintain a spaced relation between at least the marginal edge of the assembly to allow liquid to flow therebetween and simultaneously prohibit the passage of unwanted solid materials. The main body portion of the screen assembly is provided with a plurality of tapered apertures which provide fluid communication therethrough and minimizes splash-back caused by an impinging stream of urine.

The yoke is deformable to enable latching means thereon to be retained with or released from a slot on the receptacle. The shaft in turn is connected to a novel handle having an axially extending body portion, a connecting portion formed proximate one end of said body portion and connected to the upper end of the shaft, and a transverse downwardly extending ridge portion formed at the other end of said body portion. The novel ridge portion of the handle permits the lobby dust pan to easily be carried over the arm of the user when moving from job to job, thus freeing the hands for other purposes. Also, it allows the lobby dust pan to be "hooked" over receptacle containers when temporarily not in use.

Abstract: A portion measuring device of the type having a first, flexible, reservoir having an inlet, and a second, portion measuring, reservoir in fluid communication with said first reservoir. The first, flexible, reservoir is of a larger volume than that heretofore known, and may have a handle to aid in holding. The second, portion measuring, reservoir has a rotatable closure with a pouring spout or opening therein. A configured periphery is provided on the closure to aid in turning the same.
