    Abstract: This invention relates to the coprocessing of raw sugar and molasses ion exclusion product, optionally with added sugar beet diffusion juice, to enhance the recovery of sugar. In a preferred method, raw cane sugar is melted in limed water, prior to its addition to ion excluded juice.
