    Abstract: An incoming-call signaling melody data transmitting apparatus of the present invention includes a remixing-method specification data reception section for receiving remixing-method specification data specifying a remixing method for a piece of specified music from the terminal device via a network, a remixing section for executing a remixing process for the piece of specified music in accordance with the remixing method specified in the received remixing-method specification data and for generating a piece of remixed music data, and a piece of remixed-music-data transmission section for transmitting the piece of music data generated by the remixing processing section to the terminal device that transmitted the remixing-method specification data.
