Abstract: A microcontroller authority management execution method includes providing a microcontroller, generating an authority management interface, configuring a user mode and an administrator mode corresponding to the memory resources of the microcontroller by using a development software kit through the authority management interface and determining an available peripheral device set and an available function set used for the user mode through the memory resources when the administrator mode is performed. When the available peripheral device set and the available function set are used under the user mode, the available peripheral device set and the available function set are unchangeable.

The method includes resetting a system, performing a security boot operation to check whether a malware is installed in the system, inputting a first key to access initial data, storing the initial data to a volatile memory of the system, and running a predetermined program in the system with the initial data.
Abstract: A self-tracked bistable latch cell includes a cross-coupled latch, and two programmable transistors. The cross-coupled latch has a first data terminal, a second data terminal, a first voltage input terminal for receiving a latch control signal, and a second voltage input terminal for receiving a reference voltage. The first programmable transistor has a first terminal for outputting a first bit, a second terminal coupled to the first data terminal of the cross-coupled latch, and a control terminal for receiving a track control signal. The second programmable transistor has a first terminal for outputting a second bit, a second terminal coupled to the second data terminal of the cross-coupled latch, and a control terminal for receiving the track control signal. The gate oxide of both the first and the second programmable transistor are thinner than the gate oxide of the transistor of the cross-coupled latch.
