Abstract: Provided is a washing machine having a detergent supply device in which water supplied to the detergent supply device is evenly distributed in a detergent case so that detergent remaining in the detergent case is washed out completely. The detergent supply device includes a housing having an opening, a detergent case coupled to be movable through the opening and provided with a detergent accommodating part in which a detergent is accommodated, and a water supply unit coupled to the housing and configured to guide water to the detergent case, wherein the water supply unit includes: a first water supply frame provided with a first water supply channel that guides water to a first area corresponding to the detergent accommodating part; and a second water supply frame provided with a second water supply channel that guides water to a second area having at least a portion located outside a circumference of the first area.

Abstract: A high-voltage connector assembly and a motor-operated compressor including the same are disclosed. The high-voltage connector assembly according to embodiments disclosed herein may include a cover defining an outer appearance and a shielding plate designed to shield an electrical noise signal. The cover and the shielding plate may be integrally formed by a double shot molding or insert injection molding. Accordingly, manufacturing time and costs of the cover and the shielding plate may be reduced. In addition, the cover and the shielding plate may be coupled to each other in a more stable manner. Further an outer circumferential portion of the shielding plate may have a higher roughness than the cover. Alternatively, the outer circumferential portion of the shielding plate may be provided with a plate protrusion or an uneven portion. Accordingly, a contact area between the shielding plate and the cover may be increased.
Abstract: A projecting method includes: outputting, by a projection display apparatus, a projected image to a projection screen through a shifting device, wherein the projected image includes multiple frames; outputting, by a processing circuit, a control signal to drive the shifting device to rotate multiple first angles along a first axis or to rotate multiple second angles along a second axis, wherein combination of the first and the second angles corresponds to multiple projected positions; and when the projection display apparatus outputs multiple frames sequentially, rotating the shifting device sequentially according to the control signal to make multiple frames projected to the corresponding one of projected positions, wherein a number of the first angles or the second angles is at least four.

In some implementations, an apparatus for controlling a vehicle includes an outdoor measurement sensor attached to an exterior of the vehicle and measuring an external fine dust concentration, a communicator receiving, from an environment server, a local fine dust concentration corresponding to a position of the vehicle, and when a difference between the measured external fine dust concentration and the received local fine dust concentration exceeds a set allowance, a controller checking whether an object generating fine dust exists outside the vehicle and allowing the vehicle to travel while avoiding the object when it is confirmed that the object exists.
Abstract: A display panel and its drive method, and a display device are provided in the present disclosure. The method for driving the display panel includes refreshing a first-color picture N times in one frame. A time interval between every two adjacent refreshings of the N times of the refreshing is T1 for the first-color picture, T1=T2/N, T2 is a duration of the one frame, N>1, and N is a positive integer. The first-color picture may be refreshed multiple times in the one frame, and the multiple refreshing processes of the first-color picture may be evenly distributed, which may reduce each picture retention duration after the first-color picture is refreshed. Furthermore, before the human eyes are not able to recognize the brightness decrease of a previous first-color picture, a next first-color picture is refreshed, thereby effectively improving the picture flickering phenomenon of the display panel.
Abstract: An apparatus for non-invasively estimating bio-information is provided. According to one exemplary embodiment, the apparatus may include a bio-signal acquirer configured to acquire a bio-signal; and a processor configured to extract a plurality of characteristic points from the bio-signal, determine internally dividing points of the plurality of characteristic points, and extract feature values from the bio-signal based on the internally dividing points to perform bio-information estimation.

Abstract: A system and a method that reports capability information regarding a dual mode User Equipment (UE) are provided. The UE supports Frequency Division Duplex (FDD) and Time Division Duplex (TDD). The UE capability transmitting method includes receiving a message requesting UE capability information from an evolved Node B (eNB), generating first capability information and second capability information according to the UE capability information requesting message, and transmitting UE capability information including the first and second capability information to the eNB. The first capability information comprises FDD capability information applicable to an FDD mode or TDD capability information applicable to a TDD mode. The second capability information comprises capability information applicable to both the FDD mode and the TDD mode. The system and method can allow a dual mode UE to efficiently report its capability information.

Abstract: Face recognition of a face, to determine whether the face correlates with an enrolled face, may include generating a personalized three-dimensional (3D) face model based on a two-dimensional (2D) input image of the face, acquiring 3D shape information and a normalized 2D input image of the face based on the personalized 3D face model, generating feature information based on the 3D shape information and pixel color values of the normalized 2D input image, and comparing the feature information with feature information associated with the enrolled face.
