Abstract: An apparatus and a method synthesize additional information while rendering an object in a 3D-based terminal. A disparity of the additional information is determined with a value that is equal to a disparity of an object or greater than the disparity of the object by a predetermined value in a situation in which the object hidden by the additional information is to be synthesized using a depth buffer. The additional information is overlaid on an image with consideration of the determined disparity of the additional information.
Abstract: A clothes treatment apparatus and a control method thereof are disclosed. The clothes treatment apparatus includes a fixed nozzle device and a moving nozzle device to supply at least one of steam and heated air to clothes. As a result, the clothes may be washed effectively or refreshed.

Abstract: An air conditioner includes a housing provided with a suction port and a discharge port elongated in one direction on the lateral side of the suction port, a main flow path configured to connect the suction port to the discharge port, a main fan provided in the main flow path to suck air via the suction port and to discharge the air via the discharge port, an auxiliary fan configured to suck the air around the discharge port to regulate the direction of the air which is discharged via the discharge port and an auxiliary flow path configured to guide the air sucked by the auxiliary fan. According to the air conditioner, it is possible to control the direction of the discharge airflow without a blade structure, increase the discharge amount, reduce the flow noise, and differentiate the design.

Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a codoped layer, a channel layer, a barrier layer, and a gate electrode disposed in a trench extending through the barrier layer and reaching a middle point in the channel layer via a gate insulating film. On both sides of the gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode are formed. On the source electrode side, an n-type semiconductor region is disposed to fix a potential and achieve a charge removing effect while, on the drain electrode side, a p-type semiconductor region is disposed to improve a drain breakdown voltage. By introducing hydrogen into a region of the codoped layer containing Mg as a p-type impurity in an amount larger than that of Si as an n-type impurity where the n-type semiconductor region is to be formed, it is possible to inactivate Mg and provide the n-type semiconductor region.
Abstract: A base station (BS) configures a first set of subframes, whose type is fixed among a plurality of cells, and a second set of subframes in a radio frame. The plurality of cells may belongs to different operators, and the different operators may be synchronized with each other. The first set of subframes may be intended subframes. The BS communicates with a user equipment (UE) by using at least one of the first set of subframes and the second set of subframes.
