    Abstract: A server includes a network communication device, a storage device, and a processing device that executes computer-readable instructions. When the computer-readable instructions are executed by the processing device, the computer-readable instructions cause the processing device to receive advertisement data that corresponds with a web advertisement. The advertisement data includes an advertisement uniform resource locator (URL) that refers to a website advertised by the web advertisement. In addition, the computer-readable instructions cause the processing device to determine an advertisement card object based on the advertisement data. The advertisement card object includes a card label, a card image, and graphical user interface (GUI) elements. The computer-readable instructions cause the processing device to render an advertisement card that displays the card label, the card image and the GUI elements, and transmit the advertisement card object via the network communication device.

The invention provides a method of manufacturing a semiconductor integrated circuit device including forming a hard mask film, an opening therein, and a sidewall insulating film on the side surface thereof; forming a shallow trench in the opening with the hard mask film as a mask and oxidizing at least an exposed portion; filling the trench with an insulating film and then removing it so as to leave it outside the trench in the opening and thereby forming a drain offset STI insulating film inside and outside the trench; and forming a gate electrode extending from the upper portion of a gate insulating film in an active region contiguous thereto to the upper portion of the drain offset insulating film.

An example method commences with receiving a first and second signal representing sounds captured, respectively, by external and internal microphones. The internal microphone is located inside an ear canal and sealed for isolation from outside acoustic signals. The external microphone is located outside the ear canal. The first signal comprises a voice component. The second signal comprises a voice component modified by at least human tissue. The first and second signals are processed to obtain noise estimates. The voice component of the second signal is aligned with the voice component of the first signal. The first signal and the aligned voice component of the second signal are blended, based on the noise estimates, to generate an enhanced voice signal. Prior to aligning, the voice component of the second signal may be processed to emphasize high frequency content, improving effective alignment bandwidth.
