When the tangential centrifugal force of the water curtain orienting the opening angle of the housing is larger than the surface tension thereof, the water curtain breaks open to make the water flowing break open and diffuse as particles after keeping itself in a certain length. The diffused water forms a water type continuous in a certain range.
