Publication number: 20110116733Abstract: The invention relates to a roller bearing (01), with a revolving bearing component (05) and a stationary bearing component (04), and with a capacitive sensor unit (02). The capacitive sensor unit (04) comprises a pivoted sensor element (08), which is connected to the revolving bearing component (05), and a stationary sensor element (09). The sensor units (08, 09) form a capacitor. At least one of the sensor elements (08, 09) bears a first material measure (14, 16 [sic]), so that a change arises in the capacitance of the capacitor when there is a relative motion in the sensor areas (08, 09). The sensor unit also includes a means for generating a periodic electrostatic field between the sensor plates, and a processing and amplifying electronics unit for evaluating the change in capacitance.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 15, 2010Publication date: May 19, 2011Applicants: SICK STEGMANN GMBH, SCHAEFFLER TECHNOLOGIES GMBH & CO. KG, INA DRIVES & MECHATRONICS GMBH & CO. OHGInventors: Josef SIRAKY, Dirk SCHMIDT, Jörg KEGELER

Patent number: 7919888Abstract: The invention relates to a linear drive having a stationary active unit (1), a stationary return flow element (11), a movably mounted passive unit in the form of a thin tooth rack (10) and a bearing unit (15), which allows the relative movement between the active unit and the passive unit. A lateral guidance plate (30) is attached to the tooth rack (10), extends at an angle with respect to the plane of the tooth rack (10) into a guide gap (31) and is guided there, the guide map (31) running in the return flow element (11) or in the active unit (1).Type: GrantFiled: March 20, 2006Date of Patent: April 5, 2011Assignee: Ina Drives & Mechatronics GmbH & Co. Patent number: 7489054Abstract: The invention relates to a planar direct drive unit comprising a passive unit (1), an active unit (3), a bearing unit, and a position measuring system that is provided with a material measure and a measuring sensor which scans the material measure and supplies a position signal. The inventive positioning measuring system encompasses a moved component (7) and a quasi stationary component (8), one of which is formed by the material measure while the other one is formed by the measuring sensor. Both components are disposed outside the bearing gap (4) and at a distance from the running surface (2).Type: GrantFiled: June 29, 2004Date of Patent: February 10, 2009Assignee: INA Drives & Mechatronics GmbH & Co oHGInventor: Jörg Kegeler

Patent number: 7183689Abstract: A torque motor having an annular rotor and an annular stator. The stator includes a stator frame with iron cores and electrical windings arranged thereon. The iron cores and the electrical windings are arranged in at least one independent stator segment so that each stator segment is independently operable. Each stator segment has its own housing, in which the segment's iron core and the segment's electrical winding are installed. Each stator segment is configured to occupy a predetermined angular segment ?180° in the stator frame. Each stator segment is detachably joined to the stator frame so that the segment can be installed and removed independently of other stator segments without damaging its electrical winding or the stator frame.Type: GrantFiled: February 28, 2003Date of Patent: February 27, 2007Assignee: INA Drives & Mechatronics GmbH & Co. oHGInventors: Dirk Schmidt, Vladimir Zharski

Publication number: 20050082938Abstract: The invention relates to a torque motor (1) provided with an annular rotor (15) and an annular stator (2), which comprises a stator frame with iron cores and electrical windings arranged thereon. According to the invention, the iron cores (10) and the electrical windings (11) are arranged in one or more separate stator segments (3), whereby each of these stator segments (3) occupies only a predetermined angular section ?180° in the stator frame and is detachably joined thereto. Preferably, a number of stator segments (3) are arranged which each occupy an angular section ?45° in the stator frame.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 28, 2003Publication date: April 21, 2005Applicant: INA Drives & Mechatronics GmbH &Co. oHGInventors: Dirk Schmidt, Wladimir Jharskij
