    Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of biological reactors for water cleaning with fluid filtration, the activated sludge descending from the space of the fluid filter is simultaneously forcibly sucked-off into the activating space due to a stream of the activating mixture in the close neighborhood of the stream of the returning activated sludge at the place of its entrance into the activating space. Pumping can be applied for the sucking-off function.
