    Abstract: A multi-purpose portable power bank and/or a mobile phone fixing device includes a bearing seat and an elastic tightening element. One side of the bearing seat is provided with a fitting and pressure bar for accommodating a mobile phone, and the opposite side thereof is provided with a tightening and pressure bar for accommodating a power bank. One end of a base of the elastic tightening element is provided with a recess to be bonded to a rod, and one end of the recess is provided with an outwardly extending strap. The opposite end of the base is provided with a steel buckle plate; whereby the bearing seat enables the mobile phone and the power bank to be assembled together, such that the mobile phone can be charged at any time. The bearing seat can be quickly mounted to the rod through the elastic tightening element, such that a rider can view the mobile phone screen directly.

Therefore, during the measuring process, both the anti-slip piece and the magnetic pieces may help keeping the hook plate of the measuring tape attaching to the object of measure and hence the tape does not slip off from the object of measure easily.

The device also comprises of a stopper, it consists of an end that is positioned on the linear portion of tape, and an actuator that is connected to the end portion by a linkage part. The actuator is extruded outside and is settled at the surface of the casing. The device includes a hinge joint for fixating the stopper inside the casing and for allowing the stopper to rotate, and an elastic member placed between the casing and the linkage portion.

    Abstract: An improvement on the structure of a measuring tape device is that a magnetic mechanism is secured at the distal end of a measuring tape. The magnetic mechanism is not placed onto the leg piece of the hook member and thus is not formed as part of the body of the hook member of the measuring tape. The front end of the magnetic mechanism is placed in alignment with the “0” cm mark on the measuring tape. During measuring process of an object of measurement and a designated point, the magnetic mechanism allows the measuring tape to be magnetically attached to the surface of the object and anchored at the exact starting point of measurement, and therefore, the measuring precision will not be skewed because of thickness of the hook member or because of the gap caused by the movable mechanics of the hook member.
