Abstract: In a linear drive for track-guided land transportation or railway vehicles, which includes a primary part and a secondary part in magnetically active connection thereto, the primary part is formed as a reaction track and the secondary part includes a number of magnets. The secondary part includes at least one first magnetic wheel. The number of magnets is arranged in this first magnetic wheel. The reaction track is magnetically actively connected to this number of magnets. The secondary part is mechanically connected to a rotation drive.
Abstract: The invention relates to a linear motor drive system for the acceleration of a vehicle within an acceleration section on a travel route. The linear motor drive system comprises a stator with at least two stator elements arranged along the travel route, the stator elements are assembled to form at least two stator groups. Moreover, the linear motor drive system comprises a rotor, which is secured on the vehicle. Each stator group is permanently connected to its own at least one energy transformer for its power supply, which can be individually actuated. At least two of the stator groups are arranged such that the rotor can interact at the same time with the at least two stator groups. The invention furthermore relates to the use of the linear motor drive system for the acceleration of a vehicle 3 for passenger transportation in an amusement park.
