  • Patent number: 7623013
Abstract: An electromagnetic moving system comprises a stator, a moving body and a controller. The stator comprises a circuit board with two layers of electrically connected coil windings spaced apart in a series way and made as spirals with center and peripheral points. The spirals of one layer are shifted in respect to the spirals of the adjacent layer along the line connecting the center points thus the center points of the spirals of one layer in transparent view are located between two nearest spirals of the adjacent layer. Each of the spirals of one layer in transparent view at least partially overlaps two nearest spirals of the adjacent layer. The moving body is comprised of one permanent magnet such as to cause interaction with the stator when it is powered, thus creating a force tending to propel the moving body along the line connecting said center points.

  • Patent number: 7586232
Abstract: A flat radially interacting electric drive comprises a flat stator, an axle and a magnetized flat rotor. The flat stator comprises a stator core made of silicon steel and placed within two layers of circuit boards. The circuit boards layers comprise circumferentially arrayed traces that are corresponding unidirectional segments of spatial continuous zigzag lines serving like coils with magnetic axes being directed radially. The coils electrically connected in a series way thus form a stator winding with alternated polarity coils. The flat rotor comprises circumferentially arrayed alternatively magnetized flat magnets with radially directed magnetic axes.

  • Patent number: 7265974
Abstract: A multi-heatsink integrated cooling device comprises a crossflow cooler and a primary heatsink thermally connected by heat-spreading means. The crossflow cooler comprises a casing with an inlet and an outlet, and a radial impeller and heat-exchanging means located inside of the casing. The casing comprises side parts, a cover and a lower plates contacted with the heat-exchanging means and first of the electronic components. The primary heatsink comprises housing and heat-exchanging members located inside of the housing. The housing comprises a base, sidewalls and a cover, thus forming inflow and outflow openings. The base contacted with the heat-exchanging members and second of the electronic components. The primary heatsink and the crossflow cooler located in such a way that the outflow opening is adjacent to the inlet, thus cooling air flows through the primary heatsink, the inlet, the heat-exchanging means, the radial impeller and the outlet in a series way.

  • Patent number: 7239514
Abstract: A heat transfer structure for electronic devices comprises at least two electronic devices coupled with corresponding heat adaptors, a high heat conductivity plate and at least two heat pipes spaced between the plate and the heat adaptors. Each of heat pipes comprises an adiabatic section located between evaporating and condensing sections. Each of heat adaptors from one side is in a tight contact with the electronic device while the other side is thermally connected with the evaporating section of at least one of heat pipes. The adiabatic section is made like a bend with at least one curvature radius, thus serves like a displacement compensator. The condensing section of each heat pipes is thermally connected with the plate.

  • Patent number: 7173353
Abstract: An integrated blower for cooling device comprises an electric drive with at least one set of a flat stator and a magnetized rotor, a casing with an inlet and an outlet, and radial impeller. The flat stator integrated with the casing thus the flat stator serves as at least a part of the casing, and the magnetized rotor integrated with the radial impeller. The flat stator comprises circumferential arrayed coils with magnetic axes coincide with a plane of the flat stator. The radial impeller comprises blades attached to a backplate and a shroud, and circumferential arrayed magnetic means thus serve as the magnetized rotor. The magnetic means placed and magnetized along the plane of the flat stator thus magnetic axes of the coils and the magnetic means located at one plane substantially.

  • Patent number: 5600752
Abstract: A flexible hose assembly for conveying gas comprising an inner tube member having a reinforcing spring coil that selectively functions as an electric heater engaging the inner surface and an outer flexible tube member having its head and outlet ends closed upon those of the inner member. A second reinforcing spring coil surrounds the outer surface of the outer member such that a dead air space or insulating chamber is formed between the two flexible tubes. Superior insulation, flexibility, energy consumption, weight and strength characteristics are achieved. A temperature responsive electrical device can be mounted near the outlet end of the inside wall of the inner tube with leads extending through the hose exiting the head end for connection to a controller for controlling an external heating or cooling system or for controlling electric power applied to the inner spring coil for directly heating the flowing gas for delivering temperature controlled heated gas to the end user system.

  • Patent number: 5197854
Abstract: An axial flow fan operates with increased efficiency, reduced noise, and improved resistance to stall. These benefits are achieved by providing a fan shroud with a bellmouth and a hub with a curved bellmouth wherein both have a substantially parabolic shape, and by providing a blade shape with an air pressure distribution that promotes smooth airflow and resists stall. The blade is provided with a twist that varies with distance from the blade root such that the work done on the air moved by the blade, whether at the blade root or tip, is substantially equal.
