Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and a device for diagnosis of breast disease and, more specifically, to an X-ray mammography device and method, which allow positions of an X-ray radiation field and a thermogram acquisition means to be controlled such that the center axis of the X-ray radiation field and a visual axis of the thermogram acquisition means are the same, so as to acquire each of a mammogram and a breast thermogram having the same center, and generates a fusion image so as to obtain a structural image and an image of a physiological change (body temperature and the activity of blood vessels) of breast tissue, thereby improving an early diagnosis and diagnosis ability for breast disease.
