    Abstract: The invention provides an atrial fibrillation risk prediction system based on heartbeat rhythm signals. A heartbeat rhythm signal preprocessing module obtains heartbeat interval sequence data by calculating the time interval of two adjacent heartbeats. During sample labeling, a positive sample is from heartbeat interval data during the sinus heart rate period of a case with high AF risk, and a negative sample is from heartbeat interval data of a case with low AF risk; and an atrial fibrillation risk prediction model is trained with positive and negative samples and is used to test heartbeat interval data, an AF risk curve between the proportion of positive samples and output probability thresholds is obtained according to the output probabilities of testing samples, the area under the AF risk curve is calculated as the atrial fibrillation risk value, and the value can reflect the atrial fibrillation risk.

    Abstract: A photovoltaic ultraviolet sensor comprises a zinc oxide single crystal substrate. On the +c face of the zinc oxide single crystal substrate, an ultraviolet receiver is formed. The exemplary ultraviolet receiver includes a Schottky electrode which, when receiving ultraviolet rays, produces a voltage in cooperation with the zinc oxide single crystal substrate. The ultraviolet sensor does not have any sensitivity to the visible rays. The ultraviolet sensor has a relatively fast response of several microseconds.

    Abstract: A method of TFT (Thin Film Transistor) manufacturing and a substrate structure are provided. The structure includes a substrate and a self-alignment mask. A self-alignment mask on a substrate is first manufactured and then the self-alignment mask may synchronously extend with the substrate during the thermal process. When an exposure light source is provided on the side without a TFT formed, the self-alignment mask can overcome the problem that when a plastic substrate extends, the positions of the source and drain to be formed on the plastic substrate are incorrect, which has a great effect on the accuracy of alignment. As the result, the positions of the source and drain can be defined accurately.

    Abstract: A hydrogen storage electrode for use as an anode of an alkaline battery and a process for producing such electrode are disclosed. According to the process, firstly particles of hydrogen storage alloy powder with maximum particle size of 50 .mu.m is prepared. The alloy powder particles are then made into microcapsules by electroless plating with copper amounting to 10%-20% by weight with respect to the sum of the alloy powder and the plating copper. With an electric current collector placed in contact with the copper-plated alloy powder set in a die cavity of a molding press, the molding dies are closed to press and the copper-plated powder and the current collector for bonding them together thereby to form the hydrogen storage electrode. Pressure exerted during the pressing is applied to such an extent that the porosity of the resulting compact of the pressed alloy powder falls in the range of 10% to 25%.
