Abstract: A portable grill and method of using the same. The portable grill can be stowed in a fully compact state with grill bars, leg members, and tension bars stored within an elongated container formed by frame members of the portable grill. Removable end caps can be snugly attached to end portions of the container to seal the container and help retain the frame member together, the end caps being formed of flexible heat resistant material, and usable as heat mitts. When in a fully assembled state, the grill bars of the portable grill are placed under tension by use of tension bars that are configured to be shorter than the grill bars, and which can retain the frame members at a parallel distance from one another that is less than the length of the grill bars.

A body having an internal storage cavity may be sealed by a cap comprising a self-contained flashlight assembly. Also, hook attached to the body may serve dual purposes of providing a bracing surface for a bottle opener and a hook portion for a gated carrying clip for the body having internal storage cavity.

Abstract: An adjustable circumference headgear assembly comprises an adjustable band component in combination with a flexible accessory mount band. The adjustable band component may be independently adjustable to provide both macro and fine fit adjustments. The flexible accessory mount band provides an accessory frame and an accessory mount, optionally including a hinge member. The accessory mount band may optionally incorporate mechanical features, such as hinged (e.g., scored) sections providing enhanced flexibility, bend and rotation relief features such as criss-crossing leg members, and the like, providing enhanced headgear flexibility and comfort.

Abstract: Cooling assemblies having a sealable cooling chamber formed as the interior volume of a curved or spherical outer container and a sealable inner canister are disclosed. The outer container may be provided as a multi-layer container having an external elastomeric shell. The external elastomeric shell may have an inner framework including a plurality of longitudinal ribs and a reinforcing wall. A movable flap adjustable between a projecting condition in which the flap extends from the exterior surface of the outer container and a closed position in which the flap doesn't project may be provided for supporting the cooling assembly in a stationary condition and the flap may be used as a handle for opening a lid.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods for attaching portable lighting devices to objects/surface are provided. In some embodiments, an elastic lanyard is anchored to a body portion of a portable lighting device and a free closed loop portion can be looped around an object, and/or a channel formed on the body portion. In some embodiments, the channel is formed on a base of the body portion and the elastic lanyard can be stretched about an object disposed between a bottom surface of the base and the lanyard. In other embodiments, a lanyard is anchored to a detachable member that is magnetically attachable to a body portion of the portable lighting device.
