  • Patent number: 11964269
Abstract: A breathing air laboratory on location gas sample test and data collecting system and method, at a remote breathing air provider's facility, that includes an air compressor, for remotely testing, collecting, and monitoring the quality and purity of the breathing air being produced at the provider's facility, that allows an accredited independent monitoring, testing, and analyzing facility to provide breathing air validation and certification to a cloud-based air quality test and analysis account belonging to the breathing air provider facility at any time. The system includes redundant gas sample air sensors for O2 and CO to ensure quality and accuracy in the breathing air test and data collection, and analysis and a “canary” gas sample test module securely mounted in a laboratory chassis, but manually swappable, to ensure credibility and accuracy of the sensors being used to test gas/air samples.

Abstract: A method for the integrated cleaning of a paper-pulp processing plant including one or more high density cleaners comprising the steps of supplying the rejected flow (10) from one of the high density cleaners to a screening centrifugal separator (11); screening out contaminants in the separator (11) using a screen hole size of less than 3.5 mm; thickening any fibrous material accepted by the separator (11) and returning same to stock being processed in the processing plant; and recovering liquid (B) from any material (A) rejected by the separator (11) prior to disposing of the material. The invention further comprises an apparatus for performing the method.

  • Patent number: 7134860
Abstract: The mold access and storage structure comprises an elevated work platform of generally rectangular configuration which is supported at the comers thereof by columns which straddle a machine. The top of the platform includes a walkway and a plurality of spaced apart parallel oil and water containment reservoirs or pans for receiving and storing molds when not in use by the machine and for collecting any oil or lubricant draining from the mold. A vertical ladder permits a person to access the work platform for maintenance purposes. A railing enclosure is mounted around the top of the platform and extends around the outer periphery of the walkway and reservoirs. The railing enclosure includes a pair of slideable gates which, when open, prevents the machine from operating and permits a ladder to be pivoted and moved from the walkway, into the space between the open slideable gates, thereby permitting a maintenance worker to access the top of the machine.
