Abstract: Provided is a current lead wire using a superconducting tape. The current lead wire may comprise a first superconducting tape that electrically connects the first terminal and the second terminal; a second superconducting tape that is arranged in parallel with the first superconducting tape to electrically connect the first terminal with the second terminal; and a third superconducting tape that electrically connects the first superconducting tapes with the second superconducting tape.

Abstract: A handover method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of receiving the result of a cell measurement for a neighbor cell from a terminal, judging whether the neighbor cell is a near neighbor cell in accordance with the result of the cell measurement, calculating the ratio of the near neighbor cell to the total neighbor cells, and transmitting a command for a handover to a target cell to the terminal if the ratio exceeds the handover threshold value. The handover method of the present invention reduces interference between cells, and efficiently uses radio resources.

Abstract: A camera system with a multi-spectral filter array and an image processing method thereof are disclosed. The method of processing an image that is output from an image sensor including a multi-spectral filter array including a color filter and a near infrared (NIR) filter includes interpolating an NIR channel of the image by using spatial information of color channels including a red channel, a green channel, and a blue channel; and interpolating the color channels of the image by using spatial information of the NIR channel.
Abstract: A low sensing current non volatile flip flop includes a first stage to sense a resistance difference between two magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs) and a second stage having circuitry to amplify the output of the first stage. The output of the first stage is initially pre-charged and determined by the resistance difference of the two MTJs when the sensing operation starts. The first stage does not have a pull-up path to a source voltage (VDD), and therefore does not have a DC path from VDD to ground during the sensing operation. A slow sense enable (SE) signal slope reduces peak sensing current in the first stage. A secondary current path reduces the sensing current duration of the first stage.
