Abstract: A barrier system comprises: a first sheet-metal and a second sheet-metal, each of the sheet-metals comprising a bottom portion configured to rest against a surface, and a wall portion extending from the bottom portion, wherein the first and second sheet-metals are arranged such that at least the two wall portions overlap each other in an overlapping region; and a clamping device comprising a first clamping portion extending along the wall portion of the first sheet-metal and configured to abut the wall portion of the first sheet-metal, a second clamping portion extending along the wall portion of the second sheet-metal and configured to abut the wall portion of the second sheet-metal, and an operable fixation member arranged such that when operated, the overlapping region is clamped between the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a water barrier module system comprising a first (10) and a second (20) protective module configured to form at least a part of a water barrier. Each protective module comprises a side flange (12, 22) extending substantially perpendicular to a main plane and having an outer surface (18, 28) and an inner surface (16, 26). Each of the side flanges comprises at least one elongated opening (14, 24) having a width (W2) and a length (L2), wherein the length is larger than the width. A connection device (30) is configured to, in a connecting position, connect the side flanges (12, 22) by extending through the elongated openings when the outer surfaces of the two side flanges are arranged to each other. The connection device (30) comprises a first portion (31) configured to abut the inner surface of the first side flange, and a second portion (32) configured to abut the inner surface of the second side flange.

Abstract: The invention relates to a water barrier shield foot element for supporting a protective module of a water barrier shield configured to be positioned between a body of water and an area of land to be protected. The water barrier foot element is configured to be arranged against a ground surface and extends in a longitudinal direction, wherein the foot element comprises a base element, a front end, a rear end and a first and a second longitudinal side portion. The front end is configured to be arranged in a direction towards the protective module, characterized in that the base element at one of either the rear end or the front end of the foot element is wider than the other so that the base element has a trapezoidal shape. The invention further relates to a water barrier shield support arrangement, a water barrier shield system and a method for manufacturing a water barrier shield foot element.
