Abstract: A system for restraining a cargo container in a cabin of an aircraft is disclosed. The system may include a guide rail, a rail and a plurality of rollers. The guide rail spans a length of a seat track and is releasably coupled to the seat track at one or more locations on a bottom surface of the guide rail. The rail is attached to a surface of the cargo container. The rail engages with the guide rail. The plurality of roller are coupled to the guide rail. The rollers engage a surface of the rail. The rail has two side surfaces that partially enclose two side surfaces of the rollers. When the cargo container deviates from a path defined by the guide rail, one of the side surfaces of the rollers abuts one of the side surfaces of the rail.
Abstract: The invention provides a system, for providing the distribution of electrical power and data signal communication inside a passenger aircraft to each seat on each seat assembly, the passenger seat assembly comprising a leg frame secured to a floor seat track and a lateral beam spanning between the leg frame and a side wall seat track, the lateral beam supporting a passenger seat and having an outboard end secured in the side wall seat track, the system comprising: a hub secured to the side wall seat track, the hub being connected to both: a source of electrical power; and a source of data signal communication, via a side wall mounted conduit; and an outlet secured to the passenger aircraft seat assembly and communicating with the hub via an outlet conduit.
Abstract: A support bracket for mounting wires, cables, conduits and the like to floor beams of an aircraft passenger cabin floor without modification to the floor beams, the floor beams having a top flange, a bottom flange, and a vertical web. The support bracket has a support body with cable support cradles where each cradle has a cradling surface and a tie wrap passage; and at least clamping block connected to the support body with at least one adjustable tension bolt, the clamping block having a beam engaging surface wherein tension in the at least one bolt urges the beam engaging surface toward the support body.
Abstract: A system for mounting conductors, such as electrical wires, optical fiber cables, conduits and the like, to the floor beams of an aircraft cabin floor, having: an elongate raceway a longitudinal routing rails spanning between adjacent pairs of floor beams, each routing rail having an interior channel for housing conductors; conductor cradle blocks disposed in the interior channel, each cradle block including a mounting cushion adapted to engage a bottom portion of said conductors; and rail support brackets, each rail support bracket removably clamped on at least one of: the top flange; the bottom flange; and the web of a beam and removably mounted to the rail ends.

Abstract: An access control system for controlling individualized access, by passengers of a vehicle, to data transmissions and electrical power including a transmission source; a passenger access interface; and a control circuit in communication with the transmission source. The control circuit includes: a microprocessor with memory storage, the microprocessor having a control signal emitter in communication with the transmission source, where the control signal determines access between the transmission source and the passenger access interface; and a portable memory device including stored access control software readable by the microprocessor for determining when a control signal is to be emitted, the portable memory device being removable by the passenger.
