    Abstract: There is provided a ventilation shoe that allows for downsizing and enables a shoe interior to be sufficiently ventilated. The ventilation shoe comprises an upper (31), a sole (32) formed by layering a plurality of sole plates, and a ventilation device configured to take the air into a shoe interior (34) and release the air out of the shoe interior (34). The ventilation device comprises an air intake passage (L1) configured to take in the air, an air release passage (L2) configured to release the air, and a pump chamber (P) configured to feed the air taken in through the air intake passage (L1) to the air release passage (L2). The sole (32) is formed by layering a plurality of sole plates. The pump chamber (P) is formed in a flat shape between the sole plates. Valve mounting apertures (152, 157) are formed in a middle sole plate that is placed vertically between other sole plates. Each check valve (V1, V2) integrated via a support member is mounted to the valve mounting aperture (152, 157).

The insert portion includes an integral annular dilating portion, while the second element includes an advancing portion for advancing into and integrally dilating the dilating portion in the circumferential direction when the second element is axially moved with rotation by the first and second thread portions being threaded together, to press the first element against an inner circumferential surface of an insertion hole to prevent movement of the first element.

When a screw 31 inserted through the fitting hole 11 of the pressing plate is tightened into the female thread hole 30 of the installation surface f, the pressing plate is moved downward so that the first and second pieces 7 and 6 are moved to press the guide rail R positioned on the installation surface f between the reference surface L and the second piece 6 against the reference surface L.

The pressure contact piece 5a is rotated with a tool to bring the engaging face 7 into engagement with one side of the linear guide rail R, and the fitting screw 50 is inserted into the fitting hole 32 of the fitting hole 30 and tightened to secure the linear guide rail R.

    Abstract: A device for fixing a work in position on a base having a protrusion and a hole formed adjacent the protrusion for mounting the device. The device includes a rotational member mountable in the hole of the base and rotatable around the axis of the hole. The rotational member has a shank insertable into the hole and a head disposed on an upper end of the shank. The head is provided with a lateral surface for pressing the work against the protrusion. The distance from the rotational axis of the rotational member to the lateral surface is varied in a circumferential direction of the head. The rotational member further includes a first engaging portion for engagement with a tool for rotating the rotational member. A threaded hole is formed to extend from the head to the shank along the rotational axis of the rotational member. A screw member is threadably engaged with the threaded hole of the rotational member and has a second engaging portion for engagement with another tool for rotating the screw member.
