Abstract: The disclosure relates to petrochemistry, gas chemistry, coal chemistry, particularly to a synthesis of hydrocarbons C5 and higher from CO and H2 under the Fischer-Tropsch reaction; the invention relates to a process and a system for producing synthetic liquid hydrocarbons. A process for producing synthetic liquid hydrocarbons is provided by catalytic converting syngas under the Fischer-Tropsch reaction on a fixed catalyst bed in a vertical shell and tube reactor with coolant supply into shell wherein as soon as the syngas conversion degree achieves 60-80%, a pressure gradient along the tubes is reduced below 0.1 bar/m and this value is maintained during the whole process. A reactor for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis is provided comprising tubes with catalyst in a shell, the ratio of the tube diameter at the tube outlet to the diameter at the inlet is from 1.5/1 to 2.5/1.

  • Patent number: 8299157
Abstract: The invention discloses dispersions of preferably modified strontium carbonate in organic liquids, for example in alcohols, ketones or particularly methylene chloride. The dispersions are usable for the preparation of polymers which have reduced birefringence or no birefringence and are therefore suitable for optical applications. The powder obtainable after the removal of the organic liquid can surprisingly be converted back to a dispersion with little energy.

  • Patent number: 8064477
Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-channel provision system for a wired network. The multi-channel provision system of the present invention includes a tap-off unit (330) for dividing a frequency band, assigned to a wired network for network communication, and providing resultant frequency bands to respective subscriber units belonging thereto. An optical network device (100) is disposed at a node where one or more sectors, divided according to a number of subscriber units that enable network access through the wired network, branch off. The optical network device (100) provides a frequency band for network access to each sector so that a same frequency band is assigned to each sector, thus generating a multi-channel for the frequency band, and reusing the frequency band, assigned to the wired network, a number of times corresponding to the number of the sectors through generation of the multi-channel.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an optical network device for generating a multi-channel. The optical network device is connected to a plurality of sectors. Each of the sectors has one or more subscriber terminals as component members, divides a frequency band assigned to a wired network, and provides resulting frequency bands to respective subscriber terminals. The optical network device includes one or more channel cards, and a media converter. The channel cards are mounted on a motherboard having a bus, and allow a frequency band, assigned to any one of the sectors, to be reused for at least one remaining sector in such a way as to provide an identical frequency band to the sectors at a node where the sectors branch off, thus generating a multi-channel for the frequency band. The media converter converts signals between an optical network and the motherboard.
