Abstract: Portable relaxation pod. The portable relaxation pod includes a foldable exterior housing with walls, front flaps configured to close at least partially and an interior ceiling. Interior panels have acoustic foam and corrugated plastic layers. The interior panels abut the ceiling and walls. The portable seating system of a foldable chair equipped with a massage cushion is placed inside the exterior housing. A relaxation system includes an eye mask, headphones connected to an audio player and a portable foot massager, which is placed outside of the exterior housing in front of the seating system.
