The processes may include preparing a reaction mixture, which includes oxidized CoQ10, a reductase, a supplement coenzyme, a coenzyme regeneration enzyme, and a substrate of the coenzyme regeneration enzyme, and providing a condition so that components of the reaction mixture react to produce the reduced CoQ10.

Abstract: A system and method for purifying coenzyme Q10 are provided. The method includes: passing a CoQ10-containing crude product through a first chromatographic column to obtain a first CoQ10-containing intermediate product. The method further includes preparing, based on the first CoQ10-containing intermediate product, a second CoQ10-containing intermediate product. The method further includes passing the second CoQ10-containing intermediate product through a second chromatographic column to obtain a third CoQ10-containing intermediate product. The method further includes obtaining purified CoQ10 product by purifying the third CoQ10-containing intermediate product.
