Abstract: The present invention discloses a process for dehulling oats, which reduces the dehulling strength and improves a dehulling effect by lowering the dehulling speed by 20%˜40% and prolonging dehulling duration, so that the resultant oat grains remain intact and plumules are retained on the oat grains, and the improved dehulling effect is ensured simultaneously.
