Abstract: We found that Andrographolide binds to GSK-3?: In so doing, andrographolide changies the ontogeny of hippocampus and cortex amyloid plaques, and reducing tau phosphorylation around Amyloid-?. Andrographolide recovers spatial memory functions in an Alzheimer's model. Andrographolide and its derivatives may he used to heal patients with a damaged hippocampus and recover memory loss in such patients.
