Abstract: A foldable frame includes a table frame, one or more bench frames, and first and second leg assemblies to support the table and bench frames. Each of the first and second leg assemblies include one or more table legs and one or more bench legs generally shorter than the one or more table legs. The foldable frame also includes a plurality of linking assemblies to connect the bench legs to the one or more bench frames so that each of the first and second leg assemblies can be rotated as a single unit. When unfolded, the table and bench frames are placed at different heights. When folded, the table and bench frames are placed at a common plane with the first and second leg assemblies folded onto the common plane. The foldable frame is easy to use and convenient for transportation and storage.

Abstract: A foldable table includes a supporting frame, tabletop and auxiliary support. The supporting frame includes first and second mounting assemblies pivotally connected to each other. The tabletop includes first and second panels coupled with the first and second mounting assemblies such that the first and second panels are rotatable with respect to each other between a folded position and an unfolded position. The auxiliary support includes an auxiliary bar and one or more linking assemblies. The auxiliary bar is coupled with the supporting frame, and each of one or more linking assemblies is coupled with the first and second panels. When the first and second panels are in the unfolded position, each of the one or more linking assemblies abuts the auxiliary bar toward the first and second panels. As such, the auxiliary support provides support to the first and second panels and enhances stability of the foldable table.

Abstract: A table includes a table panel, first and second mounting members, and first and second leg assemblies. Each of the first and second mounting members is coupled or formed with the table panel. Each of the first and second leg assemblies includes a linking member having an end portion rotatably coupled with the first mounting member and another end portion rotatably coupled with the second mounting member. When the first or second leg assembly is unfolded, the linking member abuts one or more retainers of the table panel and forms interference fit with the first and second mounting members. This significantly reduces vibration when the table is in use.

Abstract: A blow-molded unitary structure includes a panel having upper and lower panel surfaces and a ridge extending downward beyond the lower panel surface. The ridge includes a first side surface, a second side surface, and a lower ridge surface joined with the first side and second side surfaces of the ridge. The ridge further includes a plurality of depressions formed at one or more of the first side surface, second side surface and lower ridge surface. The plurality of depressions enhances the strength of the ridge, and the ridge in turn enhances the strength of the structure.

Abstract: A blow-molded unitary structure includes a panel having first and second panel walls and a generally hollow interior between the first and second panel walls. The structure also includes a plurality of depressions, or at least one ridge, or both the depressions and ridge to enhance the strength of the structure. The plurality of depressions is monolithically formed with the panel, recessing from the second panel wall toward the first panel wall. A depression has a side wall composed of first and second segments. Cross-sectional-wise, the first and second segments have different widths and thus collectively forms a step between the first and second segments. A ridge is also monolithically formed with the panel and includes a section, at which the width of the ridge varies along the height direction of the ridge.

The first frame unit includes a first frame section pivotally connected with the support assembly and a first leg assembly pivotally connected with the first frame section. The second frame unit includes a second frame section pivotally connected with the support assembly and a second leg assembly pivotally connected with the second frame section. The first and second holders are fixedly coupled with the support assembly, and abut the first and second frame sections when the foldable bed frame is unfolded. When folded, the first and second frame sections are disposed substantially parallel to each other with the first and second leg assemblies disposed at exterior sides of the first and second frame sections.

As such, the auxiliary support helps align the first and second panels or prevent the proximal sides of the first and second panels from warping, sagging, dislocation or misalignment.

A locking mechanism is disposed in the inner tubular bar and includes a positioning piece to restrict the inner and outer tubular bars from moving with respect to each other. An unlocking mechanism is fixedly coupled to the outer tubular bar and includes a push button to unlock the locking mechanism.

Abstract: Disclosed are connectors and collapsible bed frames. A collapsible bed frame includes lateral and longitudinal bar units. Between each of two adjacent lateral bar units, a first longitudinal bar unit is disposed at a first side of the collapsible bed frame and a second longitudinal bar unit is disposed at a second side of the collapsible bed frame. The first and second longitudinal bar units and the two adjacent lateral bar units are rotatably connected with each other by connectors that enable the collapsible bed frame to contract and expand while the lateral and longitudinal bar units are connected with each other.

The side rail and the cross rail are quick and easy to connect, and the manufacturing cost can also be reduced.

Abstract: Disclosed are adjustable bars and structures having adjustable bars. An adjustable bar includes an inner bar, an outer bar and a locking/unlocking mechanism to control relative movement of the inner and outer bars. The locking/unlocking mechanism includes a locking pin to be selectively inserted into a restriction hole of the outer tubular bar and a restriction member of the inner bar, thereby selectively restricting relative movement of the inner and outer bars in at least one direction. The locking/unlocking mechanism also includes a feature to prevent accidental release of the locking pin from the restriction member. Structures having such adjustable bars are easy and safer to use.

Each of the first and second bar units includes first and second bars rotatably connected with each other at their proximal ends. A distal end of the first bar is rotatably connected with the first or second leg of the first supporting unit. A distal end of the second bar is rotatably connected with the first or second leg of the second supporting unit.

The supporting frame includes first and second supporting assemblies, each including a table support and one or more bench supports. Each bench frame rotatably connects a bench support of each of the first and second supporting assemblies with a bench panel. The table support of each of the first and second supporting assemblies is adjustable in length. Adjusting the length of the table support changes the height of the table panel with respect to the one or more bench panels.
