A second insulating layer is disposed between the first common electrode and a pixel electrode pattern that is disposed on the first insulating layer and insulated from the first common electrode. A second common electrode is disposed on one of the data lines and electrically connected to the first common electrode. A projection of the second common electrode on the substrate overlaps a projection of the one of the data lines on the substrate.
