Abstract: A contact spring comprises: a support portion connected to electrical equipment; a contact portion electrically connected to an external power supply terminal; at least two bent portions connected between the support portion and the contact portion and having a bent shape.
Abstract: A nitride based 3-5 group compound semiconductor light emitting device comprising: a substrate; a buffer layer formed above the substrate; a first In-doped GaN layer formed above the buffer layer; an InxGa1—xN/InyGa1?yN super lattice structure layer formed above the first In-doped GaN layer; a first electrode contact layer formed above the InxGa1—xN/InyGa1?yN super lattice structure layer; an active layer formed above the first electrode contact layer and functioning to emit light; a second In-doped GaN layer; a GaN layer formed above the second In-doped GaN layer; and a second electrode contact layer formed above the GaN layer. The present invention can reduce crystal defects of the nitride based 3-5 group compound semiconductor light emitting device and improve the crystallinity of a GaN GaN based single crystal layer in order to improve the performance of the light emitting device and ensure the reliability thereof.
Abstract: A method of modifying the behavior of an animal including the steps of increasing a stimulation level of a stimulation device in stimulating contact with the animal, the stimulation level associated with one of a plurality of levels, the plurality of levels including a minimum level, applying a stimulation to the animal associated with the stimulation level, determining a compliant behavior of the animal and reducing the stimulation level to one of the plurality of levels between a current stimulation level and the minimum level dependent upon the determining step.

Abstract: Provided is a light emitting device including a light emititng chip, and a phosphor through which a light emitting from the light emitting chip at least partially passes such that the light is converted into lights having at least two different wavelengths and emitted. The phosphor includes a silicate phosphor having a chemical formula of Sr3-xSiO5:Eu2+x(0<x<1) to excite a second light having a first centered emission peak using the first light and a sulfide phosphor having a chemical formula of Sr1-xGa2S4:Eu2+x(0.001<x<1) to excite a third light having a second centered emission peak using the first light.

Abstract: A vibration motor includes: a lower case provided with a lower board; an upper case coupled with the lower case; a four-pole magnet provided on the lower case; a shaft supported between the lower case and the upper case; a rotor rotatably supported by the shaft with an eccentricity, in which a pair of coils is provided in the rotor at an angle ranging form 135° to 142° between centerlines thereof; a commutator formed on a bottom of the rotor with six segments; and a pair of brushes having lower parts contacted with the lower board and upper parts contacted with the segments of the commutator at an angle of 90° therebetween.
Abstract: Disclosed is a vibration device in which an elastic unit is formed on upper and/or lower surface of a weight, and the weight for generating vibration is extended in a circumferential direction. Also, a vibration device with a sound function, which gives an improved vibrating amount by making a larger magnetic force generating unit to be supported by elastic units, is also disclosed. Thus, the vibration device may be made in a smaller size, and therefore it enables miniaturization of a mobile communication terminal in which such vibration device is usually mounted.
