  • Patent number: 6851321
Abstract: A configuration for checking the clamping force to which the supporting and haulage cable is subjected by the coupling configuration for a transport assembly of a cableway system. The coupling configuration has a clamping lever which is subjected to the action of a spring-energy storage device and on which is mounted an actuating roller which rolls along a running surface of a guide rail. The running surface is formed with an elastically deformable region which is assigned a measuring configuration with which it is possible to measure the deformation of the running surface on account of the compressive force which is produced by the spring-energy storage device, acts on the guide surface via the actuating roller and corresponds to the clamping force. In this case, the measuring configuration is formed by at least two measuring units that function in different ways.

  • Patent number: 6741062
Abstract: A circuit configuration supplies an electric motor with a stator and a rotor. The stator has a large number of electromagnets, arranged in particular in the form of a ring, and the rotor has a large number of permanent magnets that are associated with the electromagnets on the stator and are arranged, in particular, in the form of a ring. A rectifier circuit converts the a.c. voltage which is drawn from the supply network to a d.c. voltage. A converter circuit converts the d.c. voltage to a controllable frequency a.c. voltage for supplying the electric motor with electrical drive energy. An energy storage circuit which contains at least one accumulator is connected between the rectifier circuit and the converter circuit.

  • Patent number: 6729241
Abstract: An aerial cableway system has at least one load-bearing and conveying cable that is moved between a valley station and a mountain station, which is guided over deflection pulleys in the stations, and transportation devices that can be coupled to the load-bearing and conveying cable and that are formed by cabins and by chairs. The cabins and chairs can be uncoupled from the conveying cable in the stations, moved along guide rails through entry and exit regions located in the stations, and then once more coupled to the conveying cable. The entry and exit regions provided in the stations are respectively subdivided into two mutually separate sectors which follow each other in the direction of movement. A first sector is intended for the users of the cabins and a second sector is provided for the users of the chairs.

  • Patent number: 6640965
Abstract: A conveyor belt moves material from a loading station to an unloading station. The belt is formed on its two sides with spaced support rollers that move along a support track. The belt is guided over deflection drums in the loading station and in the unloading station. A turning device turns the conveyor belt through about 180° after the deflection drum in the unloading station, and a turning device turns the conveyor belt back through about 180° in front of the deflection drum of the loading station. Each turning device is formed by a support structure similar to a hollow cylinder with two spiral guides on the inside, along which the support rollers can be moved. The two guides lie approximately diametrically opposite one another and execute an angular rotation of about 180° over the length of the support structure.
