Abstract: A head garment having a base section and a face section is provided where the face section is both affixed to the base section and releasably extends over the face of the user to create a magnetic seal against the elements. The head garment may also include a magnetic fastener to position the face covering section when it is not extended over the face of the user.

Abstract: A method for forming water resistant and breathable handwear is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: providing an outer shell, a liner that inhibits the transfer of heat from a user's hand, and a water resistant and breathable insert; applying a heat activated adhesive to a finger portion of the outer shell and the liner; assembling the outer shell, insert, and liner; and curing or activating the heat activated adhesive to form a bond between the layers. Water resistant handwear made through the process are also disclosed.
Abstract: The present invention relates generally to an extendible and retractable hand hold device for use on golf carts and other transportation vehicles by children and smaller adults to add increased stability and safety. The extendable and retractable hand hold device is securely mounted to the roof of a typical golf cart. The hand hold device has a graspable handle on one end, a length-adjustable shaft and a hinge on the other end. The hinged end is further connected to a mounting plate for securing the device to the roof of the cart. The device is rotatable downward from a stored position where it is flat along the underside of the roof, to an in-use position where it is extending downwardly from the roof to a position that is reachable by any size golf cart user or occupant.
Abstract: The present invention relates generally to protective padding for golf carts, and more specifically, the invention relates to a protective padded sleeve that comprises a sleeve, a fastener and padding, which is placed over and around the hard plastic hip restraint of a golf cart to prevent a rider from being injured. When a rider sits on the bench-style seat of a golf cart, the rider's hip and leg are in contact with this hip restraint. The invention operates by both absorbing the shock with padding placed between a rider and the hard plastic hip restraint of a golf cart, as well as, completely enclosing the hip restraint to prevent obstacles from protruding through the large opening in the hip restraint and causing injury to the rider. This invention further incorporates an auxiliary power source for wireless devices, a wireless speaker and accessory holders.
Abstract: An orthosis support is disclosed that includes a belt having a connector to close the belt in a continuous loop, a belt attachment member receiving the belt, and a strap extending from the belt attachment member. The strap has a first end and a second end and is closable as a loop with at least one of the first and second ends releasably connectable to the strap itself.

Abstract: A belt battery charger includes a belt having a first end, a second end and an elongated central portion extending between the first and second ends. A plurality of electrically connected rechargeable batteries are carried by the central portion of the belt. A belt buckle located at the first end of the belt includes a frame that is secured to the central portion of the belt. The buckle further includes a prong in the form of an electrical connector electrically connected to the batteries and pivotally secured to the frame. The second end of the belt includes a number of spaced apart eyelets passing therethrough. The prong is shaped so as to be able to enter one of the eyelets to secure the second end of the belt to the buckle in the conventional manner. A second electrical connector is located adjacent the second end of the belt and is also connected to the batteries. One of said connectors is adapted to be connected to a cell phone for charging the same.
Abstract: An electronic touchscreen operative glove, providing a conductive path from the skin to the exterior of the glove, so one need not remove the present glove to operate a touchscreen. The conductive path can be provided from the skin to one or more conductive panels on the tips of one or more finger and/or thumb of the glove. The glove can include one or more layers, preferably an inner and outer layer, the inner layer being weatherproof, and the outer layer forming the exterior of the glove, and having the conductive panels that can operate a touchscreen.
