Abstract: A multiple function tool comprising a tool housing is disclosed. An electrically powered tool is contained within the tool housing. At least one electrical tool contact is associated with the housing. A battery housing mates with and is secured to the tool housing when the battery housing is positioned on the tool housing in a use position. A rechargeable battery is contained within the battery housing. At least one battery contact is positioned to be connected to the electrical tool contact when the battery housing is mounted on the tool housing in the use position. A light emitting device is positioned at one end of the battery housing. The light emitting device is electrically connected to the battery. A switch couples the battery to the light emitting device.
Abstract: A space saving automobile appliance, is disclosed comprising a housing with an internal volume. Within the inner volume is a rechargeable battery for receiving power from a recharging source and for storing the power from said recharging source, and for outputting power stored in the rechargeable battery. Further within the inner volume is an electrical circuit coupled to the rechargeable battery, an external device that receives power and an power supply to recharge said battery. More specifically in one embodiment of the present invention, the battery is a the cadmium, or the metal hydride type. In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the automobile appliance further comprises a light capable of motion to allow the light to be directed in a given direction. In a further embodiment of the present invention, the automobile appliance contains a strap that is adjustable in length.
Abstract: A driving tool includes a barrel and a handle secured to one end of the barrel for rotating the barrel. The barrel includes an engaging opening formed in the other end for engaging with a tool bit and a fastener. A telescopic pipe is engaged in the bore of the barrel and has one end secured to the handle and has a magnetic member secured to the other end for allowing the magnetic member to be extended outward of the barrel to attract and to fetch the fasteners engaged in a deep hole of an object.
Abstract: An electric-powered tool includes a handle for receiving batteries herein and a barrel with a driving shaft rotatably connected to the distal end of the barrel portion. The driving shaft is controlled by a switch which is electrically connected between the batteries and the driving shaft. An illuminating device includes two bulbs attached beside the driving shaft and the bulbs are electrically connected to the switch so that when turning on the switch, the bulbs light to illuminate the object to be worked with.
