The telescopic assembly also includes an elongate extension member slidably disposed in the tubular base and configured to telescopically extend longitudinally from the tubular base. Further, the telescopic assembly includes a femur support member coupled to an end of the extension member and configured to be positioned below and support the femur of the patient. The femur support member is configured to move longitudinally with the extension member relative to the tubular base.
