Abstract: The invention relates to an extractor device comprising a centrifugal blower (16) as an extraction fan (6), with an upwards suction opening (14) facing the hob (8), around which an annular space (20) is formed. The first air-guiding channel (10) flows into the suction opening (14) of the centrifugal blower (16). The annular space (20) comprises a side wall (22) by means of which the discharge air flow leaving the centrifugal blower (16) is deflected. A collecting vessel (24) is embodied in a second plane below the centrifugal blower (16), for collecting particles bounding off the side wall (22), and the discharge air flow flows out of the annular space (2) in a second air-guiding channel (28) out of the extraction fan (6).
