    Abstract: A pipe liner for insertion into a pipe to be relined which includes an elastomeric tube encompassed by a lattice of fibre material which radially contracts upon elongation and which is impregnated with a resin that is partially polymerized when the lattice is in its elongated and radially contracted condition to maintain the combination in that condition until has been inserted into a pipe at which the time the liner is softened upon additional polymerization to permit expansion of the liner into contact with the damaged pipe to be lined.
